This website is fantastic! :3 I stumbled upon it last night, searching for jQueries!

They present a lot of great information! Here, I've posted a link to one area where they've gotten colour palette inspiration from windows, of all things!

They also have free downloads and information about CSS3, jQuery, and a whole pile of other great things they're working on!
